The concept of the complex is composed of residential units terraced in relation to public traffic and pedestrian areas. The projected lamellas have independent pedestrian and traffic access and their posts form the front and back yard, while the apartments are cascaded by the fall of the terrain on the newly formed sub-slopes, creating tiled plateaus. The building consists of a basement, ground floor and first floors (while the attic space is of lower height and not used for residential purposes). The exception is the flat on the corner which is within a compact object, treated as an angular motif, with changed geometry and free green surfaces oriented on three sides.
