The tour was led by the architect Goran Vojvodić.
This year marks the end of ten years since the building of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MSU) has been closed to the public due to works on reconstruction, adaptation and upgrading. The Museum of Contemporary Art is one of the most representative museum buildings in Serbia, built for purpose (1960-1965). The MSU was proclaimed the cultural heritage of the Republic of Serbia in 1987. The architects of the building are Ivanka Raspopović (1930- 2015) and Ivan Antić (1923-2005), who won the first prize and the possibility of project realization by winning the public competition in 1960.
With an organized walk during the BINA Open house tour, visitors were able to get acquainted with contemporary materials for the construction of interior, installation and facade works, as well as the architectural challenges that this reconstruction presents.
