The design solution included reconstruction of the facade towards the street and towards the yard and reconstruction of business offices at the ground level, as well as adaptation of the residential entrance, entrance gate and a part of the staircase spaces. A special focus was on large facade glass sliding openings and on the adaptation of the interior of residential apartments of contemporary architectural expression which connects with the architecture of the modern direction. The concept of the interior is an open plan with a circular connection in the space that is the living room, kitchen and dining room and which is connected to the work area and the library by a glass sliding partition.
