The composition of the structure of the objects came from spatial analyses which, on the one hand, made the single form of the double housing objects and, on the other hand, have distinct and separate entrances and courtyards spaces as separate individual zones. TWO in ONE is the main concept of the spaces with the creation of the semi-spatial zones as a dividing point and connection with internal and external ambient. Organized as two independent residential units – vertically divided, with separate pedestrian approaches from the frontal street, while the access road to the common garage from the direction of the side street. The buildings consist of a basement level, ground floor, first floor and a reduced floor with an impassable roof terrace. Within the scope of the building at the level of the ground floor and the first floor, a two-axis volume was created as a contribution to the exclusivity of the interior architecture. Open glass facade elements and connected spaces inside objects provide multifunctionality and allow changes during space use.
