The reconstruction of the Hotel Teuta implied a new design and configuration of hotel rooms, hotel lobby, cafe, restaurants as accompanying conference and other technical contents. An upgraded part with accommodation capacities on the roof as well as a beach, a beach bar and facilities for outdoor sports activities are designed. The architects continued the functional rationalization of the period in which the object was created and complemented the visual composition with new panels in various colors that denote all aspects of the contemporary architectural expression for new, upgraded and reconstructed forms of the object.
