The concept of the building is in the basic structure of the mono volume extremely emphasized form and materialization as two joined corps. The dominant part of the building – the accommodation part – was treated as full-sized with penetrated openings on the south side, ie the accentuated regular rhythm of the outlet on a continuously sloping façade from the access side. As a final treatment, we planned to use wood in natural design, composite materials with a wooden veneer effect, as well as quality mortar. The facility would be equipped with complete infrastructure, technical and technological equipment of the highest standard and as such in the most exclusive way would complete the tourist offer of the national park Kopaonik.
