Modern architectural expression, demanding constructive and technological organization, open block structure, wide boulevards, the possibility of looking at the object from a larger distance are some of the parameters that significantly influenced the design of the project solution. On the other hand, the author’s team, according to its criteria, aesthetics, and understanding of modern architectural flows, had the need to make certain progress on the topic of sports objects. The concept was developed from finding adequate proportions in the design of the basic shape and the emphasized angular position of the accompanying content of a smaller volume organized in three floors. Dynamics, the movability of the composition is achieved by departing from the usual orthogonal matrix, by the triangular opening of the ground part of the building from the direction of the main entrance and by the formation of the access plateau. Technical facilities, the necessary warehouses are located on the basement floor. Sports facilities are on the ground level, with a direct connection to the terrain in the hall, as well as outside terrains, and over the stairs to the upper floors. On the first floor level is organized the administration of the center, and as an independent unit with possible physical connection with the administrative block is organized a restaurant with a kitchen, a sanitary block as well as a space for players rest. Accommodation level is organized at the third-floor level. All the listed contents, over the glazed surfaces, have direct visual contact with all the terrain in the hall.
