A multipurpose stock and warehouse center is designed as a freestanding facility consisting of two functional units: stock – warehouse and administrative block. The stock and warehouse space is divided into four zones of a different program. The administrative block is positioned along the frontal facade of the building and consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance zone, dressing rooms, a kitchen, a meeting room, and offices for telesales and sales support. On the first floor, there is an office block, facing the front facade, the sales office, the archives, sanitary & additional spaces. The second floor is conceived as an “open office” with a separate smaller meeting room.
