Reconstruction of the Apartment, Kosančićev Venac, Belgrade

The residential building was built according to the plans of the architect Vladimir Paunovic. It was created in the interwar period, the organization of the space is with four residential units in the ambiance of Kosančić Venac. The original condition of the building was changed in 1932, by converting a part of the attic space and the existing terrace into a residential unit with anteroom, bathroom, room, and terrace. During 2013, the adaptation and reconstruction of the attic space on the object was made, by which the court facade was given a new look in the roof level zone. Due to its ambient values, the reconstruction and adaptation of the space were done in accordance with the technical protection standards of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the City of Belgrade.
