By disposing of a complete object on the sloped terrain, according to the principle 2 + 2, the front and rear courtyards, cascaded towards the Street Ledi Pedzet, as well as the tiled plateau was formed. The lamellas have independent approaches from the common pedestrian communication, and each of the apartments is accessed through the entrance area within which an external staircase for access to the basement level, or garages is formed. Parking the vehicle is within individual garages as well as in front of the building. All apartments contain a basement with technical rooms, a ground floor with a living area, a floor that contains a night zone as well as a reduced floor with a studio.
