The new proposal envisages the unification of two existing residential units into a single space, connected by an internal staircase. According to the needs of the Investor, two zones were formed, the night zone on the first floor with two bedrooms, wardrobes and bathrooms, and the day zone on the ground floor of the building, which includes a guest room with a bathroom, an entrance hall with a toilet, a kitchen and a dining room, as well as a living room in wall part, over which a terrace with a view of the entrance to the Bay of Kotor was formed. With the foreseen intervention, apart from the reconstruction of the building dating from the beginning of the 20th century, and as part of the engagement in the design of the ground floor layout of the plot, a swimming pool measuring 10.0/5.0m with terraces and an auxiliary building – a garden with a summer kitchen, dining room, toilets and auxiliary rooms were formed.
