Senjak Rezidential Building, Sanje Živanović 11, Belgrade

The building is designed as residential – with high aesthetic requirements. The newly-built object consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and independent units – a studio on the withdrawn floor. The stone retaining wall is detained due to the reason of its visual incorporation into the ambient unit, ie the harmonization with the hight of the yard of adjacent plots. The building is accessed through a common anteroom, but also from the basement floor or garage space. Within the above ground floor two residential units (4 in total) are formed, while at the level of the withdrawn floor a studio is designed, and a flat, impassable terrace. Out of the common staircase, the access to the roof surface is enabled. Residential units are composed of an anteroom, toilet, kitchen with pantry, dining room, living room with terrace, parental rooms with bathroom and two children’s rooms with a shared bathroom.
