The function of the facility is an auto service for the maintenance of investors passenger and freight vehicles, as well as vehicles of external users, and service for the maintenance of facilities, installations, and equipment of the logistics distribution center. The building is designed as a free-standing building containing ground floor and first floor. It consists of the following functional units: 1. auto service, 2. technical maintenance, 3. common space and 4. administrative block, organized within a unique dimension, with clearly divided functional disposition. Vertical communication is enabled using a two-way staircase. The entire bearing structure of the building is solved by a steel structure. The materials are designed in accordance with modern technological solutions for the facility of the technical block.
