Inspired by the terrain elevation and open visions towards the sea, the author has developed the concept of cascade row houses. The complex consists of three independent blocks, mutually divided by cascading “streets”, through which access to each of the units, or the plateau where the public content is organized. At the level below is a garage with service areas, as well as an access floor of a restaurant with a kitchen and cascaded terraces overlooking the sea, and very attractive views towards the Grand Hotel Sv. Stefan. All housing facilities are organized in a way that enables the user maximum functionality and attractive views towards the sea and the environment.
