The designed building consists of three independent (interconnected) lamellas directly connected to the existing building. The existing residential building is realized as a ground floor and freestanding, with basement floor. Within the newly designed project, four floors are planned: basement, ground floor, floor, and attic, respecting the morphology of the terrain. The lamellas have independent pedestrian and traffic approaches and form their front and backyard yards with their positions on the plot. The dwellings are designed with a two-level orientation, separated by the “daily” and “night” zones and the associated terraces (towards the courtyard.) The dwellings on the attic are within a reduced floor which allows the terrace (towards the courtyard) or the gardeners to the street work in the entire length of the building, and in order to form the desired architectural form of the entire building.
