The complex is designed as a multi-storey residential building with business premises on the ground floor. The conception is in the public space of the square and the joint contents of the parterial arrangement of the terrain between the two freely standing lamellas of objects set parallel with the longer sides of the plot. A total of 360 housing units were realized. Parking is provided by an underground garage.
