Multipurpose residential building is organized in two free-standing corps, with two lamellas in each – from whose position the organization of the inner yard is developed, as well as a plateau above the underground garage. The building has 210 housing units of different structures, with accompanying contents. By parterre organization is defined unrestricted movement and access to facilities for persons with disabilities, as well as the necessary service route. In front of residential units towards the inner courtyard are predicted fixed gardens with their entire length in front of residential units, which are planted for the more intimate and better quality living environment. Apartments are designed as functional, rational, quality interior dispositions, maximum ventilation, and enlightenment. Also, such organized housing units enable with extremely simple intervention change of structure and internal organization, or formation of separate rooms. Residential rooms in the apartments are oriented towards the street and the inner courtyard, while the kitchen and sanitary facilities are oriented towards the interior zones of the apartments. As additional protection from the sun, movable blinds are provided.
