The position of the future complex is located along the Belgrade – Niš highway, south of the Bubanj potok toll plaza. The complex consists of three units – (1) a catering complex with a rest area for transit tourists, (2) a hotel facility and (3) a common landscaped green and water area. In the extension of the zone of one-story catering facilities, a ground-floor facility with a sanitary block for transit tourists is defined. Within the sanitary zone, a special unit intended for people with special needs is provided with adequate access and spatial dimensioning. The basic body of the hotel building was formed in parallel with the newly designed access communication, with accommodation units organized in three floors. Public facilities are organized on the ground level – entrance lobby, reception, service and catering facilities with accompanying area, multifunctional space – conference activities, hotel administration and main kitchen. On the first floor, in addition to the accommodation units, a recreational activity – a fitness and spa center – has been designed. A total of 201 parking spaces were created within the entire complex, of which 69 are reserved for hotel guests and 6 spaces for tourist buses. Between the hotel and the restaurant, there are green areas with flowers and trees, as well as square and unique water public area.
