The swimming pool facility is designed as a unique volume measuring 40x65m, with a total area of 3755m2. The concept is in the approach from the “bridge” from the direction of the street Partizanska at ground level. The central staircase distributes visitors to the content on the first floor (grandstand space, wellness zone, press center, administration, and the club), and basement (bowling alley, shops, fitness center, and all necessary technical rooms). The leveling of a small part of the terrain has resulted in the effect of “opening” of the ground floor to the outside environment, which helped to light the premises and the exercise room, as well as the access to these facilities on the side of the open pool. The façade levels are designed in a combination of two materials – glazed three- aluminum frame in the lower part, and profile – semi-transparent glass prefabricated elements in the upper part of the building.
