The existing facility is located along the coast of the Danube, in the urban settlement Borča. The building is ground floor and is subject of reconstruction and upgrading. The project envisages keeping the level of the ground floor with the existing purpose, as well as extending to the first floor levels within which the living room is designed with fireplace, dining room, kitchenette, and bathroom. The kitchen and the bathroom are grouped within a block, while the rest of the space is freely organized and zoned only by the layout of the furniture. From the space of the living room is possible to come out on a small new-designed terrace. Existing exterior stairs are used for floor access, covered and visually closed for privacy and convenience of use.
