With the designed solution, the authors respected the basic idea of ​​the investor, and responded to the requirements from the act on urban planning technical conditions, that is, the building was placed and organized on a horizontal and vertical plane, mainly according to the recommendation of the project assignment. The complex consists of two facilities: FACILITY “A” – Administrative-service-sales and FACILITY “B” – warehouse space with a garage, at the distance required for truck access to the warehouse. The objects are placed at a prescribed distance from the regulation lines. Access, by car and on foot, is directly from the internal street, all according to urban planning technical conditions. The garage of employees’ and guests’ vehicles is realized in the storage facility. Greening is planned in the side and rear part of the plot.

FACILITY “A” – has a basic dimension of 50.25m/32.15m, and FACILITY “B” 49.36m/19.36m, at a mutual distance of 20.30m. On the ground floor of building “A” are designed garages for servicing, vulcanization, technical inspection and washing of tow trucks as well as passenger vehicles, a sales area, a restaurant for employees, a restaurant kitchen, as well as accompanying sanitary and technical rooms. The necessary light height of the service part made it possible to form a gallery above the sales part, where rooms for commercial service are planned. The first floor of the building was designed as an administrative block. The warehouse facility was designed as a warehouse, according to the needs of storage technology. One part of this space is intended for vehicle parking, i.e. it is designed as a garage with 30 parking spaces. The basement level is also intended for storing goods. The leveling solution on the plot in question, caused by the technological functioning of the complex, differs from the existing condition, so it will be treated separately through the filling and leveling project in the technical documentation of the main architectural construction project.
