The newly designed business building is designed as a free-standing building, storeys: 2F+F+4+F. The object is rectangular in shape, the external dimensions are 71.2m by 19m. The building is positioned with a longer facade on the construction line towards the access street Nova 5, which is 3m away from the regulation line. The building, with its south-eastern facade, abuts on the regulation line, which is also the building line. While on the northwest side, towards the neighboring building “Trafostanica Beograd 23”, it is 7.5m away from the boundary of the plot – in accordance with the detailed regulation plan.
The height of the building measured from zero elevation is 22.00m, while the crown is at an elevation of +19.65m. The elevation of the ground floor of the building is 25 cm higher than the elevation of the ground floor of the plot and the sidewalk. The building has a flat roof.
Pedestrian and vehicular access is planned from Nova 5 Street, and is provided for: three pedestrian entrances to the ground floor of the building, two vehicular entrances to the underground garage via two two-lane ramps and one vehicular two-way entrance to the ground floor lot, for the purposes of parking organization.
The main dimension of the building (above-ground floors) crosses over the vehicular and pedestrian entrances on its northwest side. Basic building elements of the facade of the building – the primary facade is placed on the building line of the building, while the secondary ventilated steel membrane (double facade) is left over the building line on three sides of the building by 75 cm.
